It's good, but the outer perimeter is blurry and hard on the eyes.

The design is pretty good but it's sorta confusing cuz the motion blur on the edges stop as you get closer to the center. You should have it throughout or not at all to make it more realisitic (as if I've been in a blue lightning time warp tunnel, right?

I don't see anything 'wrong' with the blurring....it tends to generate focus and focal length, enhancing the 'depth' of the image...

Photoshop 7... The bolts were made with Eye Candy. The zoom blur effect is from KPT.
